KCH Car Park (Woolford Court - Right side)

Gate doesn't always open automatically from app but code works on key pad.

The gate is very tricky to get in and out

Difficulty opening the door. Very narrow entry - scratched car. Returned to find other side of car also scratched - probably by another vehicle. Not sure what I will do. Very expensive parking.

As everyone has said in the review, the button in the app doesn't open the gate. The one-time passcode lets you in, and the same one-time passcode lets you out (in case anyone is wondering, which I was!) The pedestrian gate has a different code. Once in the carpark, entering from the right, there were some pretty confusing looking spaces painted near the left hand gate. I'm not sure where you're meant to go if only those spaces are remaining, as they block the left hand gate. It might be good to explain this in the instructions. Luckily I got a normal space. All good otherwise!

As all other reviews said the open button in the app doesn't work. But really close to kings for appointments.

i could not get the gate to unlock either arriving or leaving and had to use the emergency code. having said that. the instructions on exactly where it was were xlcomprehensive

The gates would only open by manually entering the code into the key pad.

Very convenient
