I am awaiting a refund. We arrived to find the owners were having work done to their car, so we were unable to park in the space we had booked unless we waited for the work to be done. luckily, we found a space across the road instead.

Parking was very easy. Directions could have been clearer about which side to park, I was not sure whether the left or right side was specified from the road or the house. Otherwise a great experience.
