Daytime robbery! You couldn’t see the parking space before paying! Once we got there we realised it was unsafe ( strange looking council estate ! and the police visit to a property next door didn’t feel us up with confidence! I ll think twice before using the app again. Rather lose pennies than tens of thousands so we left the place as soon as we could

We had paid for our parking we were looking to extend the parking on the day, but accepted that we couldn't and was going to leave early from the event to beat the rush hour traffic. Unfortunately half ways through the event we had a medical emergency which meant we actually couldn't leave the event until 10:30/11:00 as the person had to be monitored, I had downloaded the app, which was giving me the options to extend the parking but wasn't actually allowing me to do so! this is a blatant rip off, now I am going to get a parking charge notice for this even though there is 2 and a half hours free parking on the site? this doesn't make sense at all if I was aware of all of these other bits with just park I would have never booked with them.

easy to find, though I'm not sure yet if I'll get a penalty charge since upon entering the car park it showed me I had the usual 2.5 hrs, but I assume that's just because the system doesn't know about the booking and the car park management will consider this. or so I hope :D
