Canary Riverside Car Park

Make sure you head for the lower roundabout (Google maps took us to the wrong place). Plenty of spaces available, we had to take a parking ticket from the entrance barrier when entered but on way out the manned office by the exit let us out after we said we had pre-paid. We dropped things off to our car a few times and it was always well lit and manned. Convenient for Canary Walk. Our hotel would have been cheaper but could not guarantee a space. I don't think we got a discount for pre booking, so could have just paid when we got there for a weekend booking.

Parking was convenient for Canary Wharf with lift access to street level and reasonably priced for London but parking spaces were mostly narrow and difficult to access in a biggish vehicle, a Defender. Also, it’s difficult to find on the first visit as google maps just gets you in the general area which is a large underground roundabout with multiple exits. Having found it once it’s obvious. The car park was manned when I visited and secure.

Easy to find with the directions , easy to park, safe, secure and manned so easy to leave

My experience with JustPark was good the only issue was to get there as it was quite difficult to find the right place but rather than that it was very good.

Personal touch gave directions to my hotel. Great people safe environment.

Very good location. Plenty of spaces and easy accessible. Managed to avoid all major traffic after event too. Bonus. Friendly Chap at the exit point too.

I just couldn't find it and ended up parking in incorrect parking space and had to pay separately

The people that run the carpark are friendly and I feel safe parking here and collecting my car when it’s dark.

Booked a space at Canary Riverside Car Park through JustPark for my van with no issue entering or parking. But when trying to leave, I was told vans aren’t allowed to book via JustPark and was forced to pay almost double the price to exit. They held my vehicle hostage until I paid the on-the-day rate, and staff simply said it was my problem and to take it up with JustPark. On top of that, the car park is dirty, poorly maintained, and completely insecure. Anyone can walk in, there’s no access control or proper pedestrian entrance. Would not recommend. Unclear policies, zero accountability, and a very poor experience overall.
