Westferry circus is a really confusing place to navigate, even having done it before. On exit the system did not recognise the car number plate and your officer was rude when we asked for help. (5 of us thought so - not just me.) Apparently it wasn't possible to look up our booking by number plate and I couldn't get access to my emails to prove the booking. Eventually you found it but I'm glad we weren't in a hurry as it took a long time. Your system said £16 would be the FINAL price but you added a service fee to that. Altogether not great - won't book through you again.
