Simple to use and nice to have the parking sorted out before you arrive somewhere

Absolute nightmare to find. But when we did it worked out well straight in no bother at all. Some very expensive cars in there so security is top notch. Recommend.

We couldn't get in. Just park were no help as we just sat on the phone with it ringing waiting at the barrier for it to lift, then after speaking to car park team at Westferry they lifted the barrier. When it was time to leave we couldn't get out and had to speak to the car park team again to let us out. Paying up front had no advantage at all, wouldn't bother again!

Westferry Circus Car Park (Canary Wharf) Booking was simple through Justpark. Instructions to the car park could have been clearer. Fortunately, i checked everything with satellite on Google Maps before we went, as the instructions were actually incorrect, and could also have been much clearer. Arrived at the car park, but the barrier didn't open with my (clear) reg plate, so I had to take a ticket to get in. On departure, the reg plate was again unrecognised. I put the ticket in, and it said £8 for the parking (We had paid nearly £17 to Justpark, so quite a markup). We pressed the call button, and the man found our reg on their system, so let us out. Not sure if this was a problem with the reg plate cameras or the comms between Justpark and the operator. However, I wan't expecting such a markup (direct charges at the car park were £3.80 per hour after 6, but with a max of £8 total), and there were loads of spaces, so we could have just pitched up had we known.
