The Crowne Plaza London Docklands Car Park

The car park was over full on arrival. There were no spaces & there were even an extra 10 cars parked on the double yellow lines in the carpark. It was massively over booked & I had to pay £30 to park elsewhere last minute. Do not use!! A terrible experience

Booking process was very easy.

Parked fine, problem on exiting, The barrier didn't open, I went to reception and showed my booking messages. I was told I should have parked in staff car park at the rear, and it was a one way system. (Not mentioned on just park booking site) Very handy for passport office.

Just Park locations are always safe,and very convenient for where Iv needed to be.

I was happy with service provided but not clear about how to find parking place not clearly sign posted luckily I had time. First they told me to go in the back. Then I was told in the front in the end I found it.

It was easy to book the space with the app. Turned up and there was a space vacant. So all good.

It was around 11.30pm when we arrived, so we were tired and it was dark. The car park is badly signposted and I basically just guessed where the entrance was (drive past the Crowne Plaza and immediately turn left, and left again after the barrier opens). It's well lit, though, and there were a few spaces available.

Great parking for our trip to yacht hotel...easy to use...
