Despite my booking I was left to wait iver 30mins to be let in because they kept saying the car park was full, however when I was finally let in, there were about 8 - 10 spaces if not more inside. Some staff seemed to have knowledge of the Just park app and some didn't, which was a little frustrating

The car park is convenient for the Passport Office and Excel. Plenty of space for each vehicle. When we arrived it showed Full Car Park, but there were plenty of spaces inside, so we had to buzz for help and they opened gates, but we waited for a while thinking a car had to leave first to let us in. Also, just to note the price advertised at the car park is £5/ hr if you just turn up, which is less than £6/ hr charged on JustPark (before their admin fees).

Paid almost £14 for 2 hours. Then when attempting to leave the barrier would not allow me through. The machine said "see cashier" once I saw the "cashier" it asked for an additional £10 to allow me to leave. Side note... inside the car park it says £5 per hour. So why is online £6+ ph and why did I have to pay an extra tenner to leave? Will never return here. Also if your car is large YOU WILL NOT FIT. Whole place is laid out with a 3 point turn in mind. Apologies for the negative review.

We were charged again at the hotel for parking (which was £6 cheaper than you charged) because they said we hadn’t paid. The process between you and the venue just didn’t seem to work. It took us over 30 mins to resolve. We would have been better dealing with the venue directly on this occasion. And it would have been cheaper.

turned up to park, (space booked 13.00 - 03.00) had to wait for nearly 2 hours to get into the car park as it was full, apparently the hotel do NOT allocate spaces for Just Park customers. Just Park informed me that they should. not a very happy customer. Just Park offered us a space on someone's drive 1/2 a mile away. I booked at this particular place as it was a stones throw from the venue. Hotel Manager - Novotel ExCell - Chanchal Kumar, most unhelpful and basically told me, its nothing to do with them so sit and wait!!! yet they own the car park and Just Park informed me on the phone twice that their should be spaces allocated for us to park. Also, parking spaces are tiny. our Ford Custom only.just fitted in a space but you need to be a size 0 to get in and out of the car. The barriers/shutters are tiny as well, watch your mirrors as you go in or out, they will get beaten off!! Not a very happy customer.

No spaces left in the car park even though the space was pre-booked. Multiple cars left throughout the car park not in a designated space and I had to leave my car in an electric car charging space as this was the only one available.

Car park was FULL!!!! Novotel have no control over this apparently! SO we had the choice of waiting whilst illegally parked or finding an alternative! This is unacceptable. The whole point of booking is to take away the stress of leaving a vehicle in London! This is an awful service. We are furious! Luckily someone left the car park enabling us to take their space. We had dinner and show plans that could have been ruined.

Whilst the process of booking via the website was easy enough, it was somewhat disappointing to arrive at the car park to be told that it was full and that the spaces were first come first serve and not guaranteed as Justpark had lead us to believe. Luckily enough they let us in and we managed to find the last place. Had we know that it was first come first served, I would have save myself money and taken a risk on the venue parking, but instead I booked parking on your site under the impression that the space was ours for the duration and that we could therefore arrive at any time. The hotel also informed us that if we couldn't find a space we'd have to chase Justpark for the refund.
