Novotel Excel London Car Park

On arrival the car park advised that these people do not have any spaces there to sell and so we weren't allowed to park and were advised to seek an immediate refund so do NOT book this

We got to the car park at 10:30 and had to wait at the barriers as the car park was full and had to wait for someone to leave! We waited at the barriers for about half an hour with a baby and toddler in the car so trying to keep them calm was stressful and when we got in after someone checked out of the hotel we got a space that was so tight I had to climb across to the passenger side to get out and even that was tight. Will never use a car park again like this one again on just park due to my awful experience this time!!! It is however very good for parking on peoples drives close to work or venues.

Despite buying a place in advance I was in a queue for a full car park behind cars with no reservation When I finally got entry and parked I had to climb to the passenger seat to get out- I have photos of the’space’ I very nearly missed my passport appointment as it took 40 minutes to park

Ticket machine not working but hotel staff very helpful.

Although we had reserved a spot in advance the carpark was full. There were lots of other people trying to drive in and out off the carpark at the same time. There is only one ramp for up and down and there was lots of confusion as people tried to maneuver around each other to get out, once they'd realised it was full.

Very hard to find unless you know where it is Little bit confusing when you get to the car park Not sure where to park because just park had no signs where to park On the way back had to go to reception to get ticket checked But good space nice and big Overall ok
