I booked online. So when exiting the parking the barrier would not open. I had to go to the pay machine and I had to pay 10 pounds despite the fact that I had already paid when booking online. There is no office.. If you need help then you are stuck. No clear signs.

Over priced for what it is - charged 39% over actual fee. Returned to park again same day, so did NOT use Just Park then. Plus side App is useful

Booked and paid for car park weeks in advance as i knew it would be busy and hard to get a spot so wanted the peace of mind that i had a spot. When i arrived the car park was full and was told by hotel reception its a first come first serve basis. We had to wait till someone left to be able to park!!! (everywhere else nearby was full too) we missed about 2 hours of our event and also found out we were ripped off. We paid £40 weeks ago when we prebooked to find out the car park was only £25 on the day and no car spot even saved for us so there was no point even prebooking!!! RIP OFF

On arrival the car park advised that these people do not have any spaces there to sell and so we weren't allowed to park and were advised to seek an immediate refund so do NOT book this

We got to the car park at 10:30 and had to wait at the barriers as the car park was full and had to wait for someone to leave! We waited at the barriers for about half an hour with a baby and toddler in the car so trying to keep them calm was stressful and when we got in after someone checked out of the hotel we got a space that was so tight I had to climb across to the passenger side to get out and even that was tight.
Will never use a car park again like this one again on just park due to my awful experience this time!!!
It is however very good for parking on peoples drives close to work or venues.
