There is no system where you are actually recorded as a pre-payed customer. So you get to the barrier, expecting to be let through...only to have to block the entrance for other drivers & be told to return to the customer service office- half a mile down the road. Waste of my time. Don't park here at night. The place is dark & desolate. There's better ways to die. In an age with LED lights, there's no excuse.

The 1st day when exiting I had to wait 5 mins as no one answered the intercom for me to leave, even though my number plate came up on the screen, I had to give my booking reference number to verify.
The next day I paid again online and waited 30 minutes to exit, I was dying to go toilet, my mum just had surgery and was in the car and no one was in the office to to answer the intercom and the guy working that night left his phone and went somewhere for 30+ minutes. Again my number plate showed up on the screen and customer services said the online registration and car park ain’t in sync! I was really frustrate along with my family on camera for 30+ minutes and had to constantly reverse down the car park to allow others to leave and then finally when the guy came back I still had to ring the intercom and give my booking ref number again!

parking is easy to find as long as there are no road works in the area. I had trouble getting out of the car park even though I had booked my space the night before. they need a better system in place or have to make sure the current system is operational.
