I've parked here once before and had no issues whatsoever.
this time I was very disappointed. as there was a Audi Q5 parked outside the entrance and I couldn't get to my parking, at the time I called the space owner and few times and left several messages and they didn't pick up. I ended up making other arrangements after that.
A little while longer when I was at work the owner touched base with me.
I have issued a refund but I still haven't received anything yet.
