This parking spot was really easy to find, and following the navigation app got us right there. Even though we arrived about two hours late, the host was very communicative—Ron responded quickly to SMS and welcomed us when we arrived. The area feels safe, and we had no trouble walking back at 1 AM to pick up the car. Just a quick note: this parking is for permit holders only. Ron kindly confirmed my car registration details beforehand, so there's no need to worry about parking tickets later.

I got there and found that all three parking spaces were occupied. Whilst I was trying to contact the owner, a neighbour drove out of one. He explained to me that the car park spaces are shared by all the flats using vouchers which are bought online. I moved my vehicle shortly afterwards, so parked elsewhere as I wasn't comfortable with the arrangement.

The parking space doesn't exist they take your money. All 3 spaces were gone
when I got there, it says you can park on the other side of the road. Yes, you can, and it is free at weekends, but I didn't know this as I live 130 miles away .
the address associated with this space has no idea what I was on about when I pressed the intercom to speak with them .
please don't book this space you will be disappointed when you get there

This is fake website I guess . I went to the address and there was no parking slot and you took my money . I parked somewhere else paying another £20. I am going to take legal action unless you refund my money back . You can check on CCTV whether I parked my car or not .
