I was wary of using the app to park in London. This was my first time using the app and I have to say just based on my 1 and only experience it was smooth and easy.

There was a car blocking the parking space so I didn't park there and I had to book another place

Easy to find, and even the space was a bit narrow it was easy to park my medium car. I was a bit hesitant leaving my car as it was full of wedding gifts that were in full view, but after a quick call to the owner, I was reassured that it was safe. I am very pleased with this experience. Thank you.

Parking was exactly as advertised. Narrow driveway but enough room for both driver and occupant to access. Email communication and direction received and was a short walk for my mother to attend her appointment at a somewhat inaccessible hospital for the elderly
