At first, I was very happy with the options and my choice for the parking. I must say that the booking prpcess was easy and the parking spot was perfect.
My issue is with the website when trying to amend my booking. I was arriving to the spot 1hr earlier so I edited the arrival time and I didn't change the departure as I thought it was still the original booking time. I paid the extra hour which was quite pricey but I didn't have any other option. After paying I checked into the booking and the departure time was extended 2hrs! I still left at the time that I booked cause I needed to catch the eurotunnel.
Great option for parking but pity about the amending procedure.
