very easy to park. secure.
the car park was full when we arrived, however Receptionist let us to park in the front of hotel - issue solved super quick :) Very close to Troxy less than 5 min. walk which is very handy when you stay there till late.
The parking space is not guaranteed. When I arrived I have been told car park is full. I have been unhappy because of this. They let me to park in hotel not on parking space but on side of the building. I have been nearly to be late for my event.
Easy to find. Left my car the whole time. Easy and reasonably priced. Thankyou
I booked the slot well in advance and paid for it. When I arrived it was absolutely chaos. No parking for the vehicles and all were in the queue. Holiday Inn reception said they can't do anything as they are beyond their control. Finally with lots of debates and arguments they offered me a slot from disabled car park which was not the parking originally allocated. You don't have a clear plan and you just take the money and booking. You should reserve and keep a slot with any ref number. Absolutely chaos and never ever book again. We will let others know.
On arrival, no spaces left, no barrier to enter. Hotel staff was very courteous and friendly and suggested to park in an open space although not marked as a parking slot. I recommended this parking place to few friends who were going to the same event as us. None of them could park at Holiday Inn Limehouse that night which made me feel odd because I could park. One star merely to recognise how well hotel staff handled my situation. Otherwise none. Please be considerate before you overbook parking in London areas for people like us who drive down for hours to get there. Whole evening started with a bad taste.
