used this space to work at the Project Surgery as I'm not local to the area and it's surrounded by permit parking everywhere. booked and parked up within a couple of minutes so owner wouldn't have known I was coming as was still early. was room for my van and I hope I didn't wake anyone up. will definitely use again. thanks
