Tenterden Street Car Park

The location information was accurate and easy to follow. It allowed my wife to get to and from the London Palladium easily and without fuss.

Directions for identifying and using the building and its interior are clear and supported by good photos. Unfortunately the map is currently (temporarily?) out of date due to building works in the street which is currently shown as the access street but is currently closed off.

Very helpful and and patient.

Great location, easy to use. However arrived early and didn’t realise I couldn’t get access, so a little frustrating. Other than that, highly recommend, great little car park. Would definitely use again.

Was unable to enter the parking space and still haven't received a refund !

The space was so so difficult to find and the directions did not help either. I would not recommend this parking spot

The actual space itself is great. Finding it from the address provided was a nightmare as google maps tries to take you onto Oxford Street which you can't use. Had to look at other reviews for advice. Once we used Regus Hanover street we found it straight away! need to put this in the description when people book!

Couldn't find the space! Sat Nav took me down roads blocked by bollards! Drove around for 20 mins trying to find another way. Eventually, I gave up and found alternate parking. I would avoid reserving this space. I have e mailed Just Park for a refund.

Had 2 car booked for this location, first car arrived , got through the first code pad but not the second. Then a man came over and said this location had been shut since 5 days ago and was no longer in use. He then let us out and we had to find a new parking spot. Very poor. Only booked the day before too, so why take a booking on a closed location. Will be asking for a full refund.

The access road to the parking site was blocked by rising bollards, although we tried alternative routes, access to the parking site was un achievable. We had to book an alternative parking slot on the app due to urgency, this slot worked well. A very expensive way to park having to pay for 2 slots...
