We booked this place as it had good reviews but all was well from calling to confirm and dropping the vehicle off. Told the gentleman who took our that we'd be back late to pick it we which he was fine with. Turned up after our concert to a gentleman saying we missed the collection time when we'd booked to 11:55pm at night and we'd got there at at 11:15pm. One told us to go through and another told us to get out, had confusion with keys even after saying a letting that was obvious. Felt a bit let down after everyone else's reviews as we didn't have a great experience when collecting our car
