Secure, well-located car park rented for an event at the O2 in Brixton. Clear access, easy parking, and felt safe throughout. Communication was straightforward and everything matched the listing. Made getting to and from the venue simple. Would happily use again — perfect for any event at the O2 in Brixton.

Avoid using if booking for a concert at Brixton academy. We arrived to find someone else parked in the space. Called the owner 3 times and left messages, no reply. Just park tried calling owner x3 and no answer. Luckily we found another space further out, but nearly missed the concert and alot spent on Ubers as no other parking. Terrible!

I was a little anxious on the way to Brixton due to the previous reviews about a vehicle occupying the space however when I arrived I was relieved to find it empty. The owner also communicated with me during the day to try and put my mind at ease. The space was so close to the o2 Academy, using the cut through by the skate park we walked to the venue within a few minutes.

AVOID!! Originally booked months ago when full of 5star reviews, since then lots of 1star reviews. Sadly I'm adding to the 1 star reviews, there was a car parked in the space when I arrived, no answer from owner with multiple attempts, same goes for just park customer services. Almost missed my event as a result. Don't add the stress to your day, avoid.

There was a van parked in the space. We called the owner and left voice message. No one got back to us and we missed our dinner reservation.

paid £21 to park in this spot, reserved it months ago. drove to Brixton from Southampton, over 2 hours only to find there was a van parked in the space. I tried to contact the owner, no answer, went to her flat rang door bell no answer. then I rang Just Park help like, no answer. many reviews for this person state they have had same issue. Just Park need to remove them from their database. had a nightmare trying to find an alternative spot to Park.

Someone was in the space and space owner didn't answer the phone. No one available to support

First time using justpark and we will never use it again. We booked a £28 parking space for an evening in Brixton. When we arrived the space was already occupied. We called and text the owners number 7 times as directed by the justpark confirmation email with no response. Then we tried the justpark number but they were closed. We lost all confidence in the service and it was too late to book another space or find a car park. Very disappointing as we had booked this spot as it was 2 minutes away from where we needed to be in a very busy area we did not know. Next time we will get the train as the whole experience, with the cost of petrol, congestion charge, parking and gig tickets, was over £200. Wish we could rate the service as zero stars.
