We arrived to find a car already in our space. Spoke to the owner who said that because we arrived an hour or so after the start time she assumed we weren't coming. She then loaned the space to her friend. It was a 12 hour booking and we weren't sure exactly when we'd arrive because we were coming from out of town so booked extra time to compensate.
She phoned her friend who came back after 15 minutes or so of waiting to move her car so we could finally park.
It's a good space but was disappointed with the delay.
