Amazing location, communication and secure. The space is narrow and a little difficult to park in but if you’re ok at driving around London you’ll have no problem!

This was a great parking spot for an event we attended nearby. Very grateful to the space owner for replying to our queries so promptly. Thankyou - would definitely recommend and use again.

Excellent Parking

Great experience using this parking space. The access fob was very easy to find thanks to the clear instructions, and operating the gate for entry and exit was simple. The space is a bit tight with concrete bollards on either side, but our Fiesta fitted fine—you just need to be careful when parking. Overall, the car felt very safe there and I’d definitely use this space again

The parking was tight but I knew that ahead of time so I didn't mind. The place was well lit, the price was good given the location, the owner texted instructions with pictures and was super lovely every time I spoke to him, and all the other staff members were nice but unfortunately I'm giving it three stars because the gate is horrible! I was trapped inside of the car park because the gate wouldn't open so I had to phone for help. I ended up panicking and crying for 10 minutes before I managed to get it open, then I immediately parked on the side of the road to have a panic attack and cried for another 15 minutes. It was terrifying and even writing this review is making me tearful just thinking about it. The parking lot is fantastic but I don't feel comfortable returning and I think it'd be helpful if the company put up instructions or signs for customers in case they're in a similar situation. One explaining that you need to press the green button and open the pedestrian gate at the exact same time (I have short arms so I almost couldn't do it), and another explaining what to do if the main gate won't open for your car. Saying that, I'm really grateful to the staff member who showed me what to do by offering to video call.

Pretty straightforward to find. Instructions provided by the owner were equally simple to follow. The size of the space was absolutely fine for my Toyota Yaris but it will be a squeeze for a larger car/SUV just bear in mind. But certainly I'll be happy to book again
