There was freshly laid concrete right outside of the space preventing entry, the parking space owner was not aware of this and did not warn us before hand. Fortunately a neighbour helped us weave into the space and avoid the concrete.

There was a kind gentleman waiting for us when we arrived. He was very friendly and helped us park as close as we could. He made sure we were happy before he left us, which was much appreciated. The spot was perfect for our needs, which was a medium sized SUV. Definitely recommend for all users!
