The app did not work.and open the barrier even though I was right next to it, it kept saying I.was too far away. I had to find the number online which wasn't easy. However, the operator on the phone was apologetic and helpful.

The bollard was down and all the spaces were full so we were unable to park. Left us having to find alternative parking in a real hurry. Very disappointed with such a poorly managed space.
