Central House Car Park

Awful. Took ages to create an account and book a space then the satnav took me elsewhere and couldn’t find the allocated space Wasted money and had to forgo the parking space I’d paid for

Could not find the carpark - no signage I could see at the postcode destination given and just residential housing. So I gave up ☹️

there was some poor parking by other cars (a car parked a non marked bay) which meant I was almost trapped in. I managed to get through, but with mm of distance to spare!

I've been parking here for years but they overbook for the number of spaces so people will block you in and be rube about it. It keeps happening so be warned. As a woman on my own I don't feel safe being spoken to like that by random men who block me in.

Great location near the Travelodge. Secure as had a PIN code and electric gate. Space for my large car. Easy to find, clear instructions, good value and no hassle of moving the car like when you park on the street. Will defo use again.

There is a hole created by a broken drain in the middle of the car park that you must be wary of as you can injure your ankle quite badly if not careful.

My only criticism is that none of the PIN codes worked apart from the final override PIN.

The three access codes given were all incorrect. We had to get help from the security person parked outside, who let us in. He commented that "those were the wrong codes". The parking owner must update the information given to customers URGENTLY.

pin code didn't work. fortunately your helpdesk solved it, but it should be right at the time of booking.
