Parking on Spencer Mews, W6

I should have read the feedback before booking! I got there but could not tell which parking space I should use. Most spaces had clamps on them or poles blocking the parking. Numbers were not visible. There was a car already parked where I thought I should have parked, and I'm willing to bet he is still there!The tyres looked square, it doesn't look like it's been used for a very long time I phoned the owner and he did answer! Told me to squeeze my not so little car between a pole and the 'car'. So I did that and managed to not scratch my car!! So this parking was confusing and didn't feel legit, however I did manage to park a Toyota Hybrid PHEV, so smaller cars should manage to park easily. I also came back to a car that was in tact, and not clamped. No parking fines as yet! It is also very close to the hospital and it was cheap so I'm giving it a couple of stars.

There was already a car parked there. I spoke to person whose house it belongs to and she'd never heard of Just Park. So it's a complete scam. Don't arrange this space, some others just have got lucky that no one was in it. It's not legit. Contact number never responded.

The spaces were either occupied or had padlocked bollards in place . I had to park on street and pay via ringo so would like a refund from just park

There was already a car in the allocated space. Telephone call made to space owner advised to park in any free space. Concerned that this was someone else's space. However, no issues when returning to the car.

Car did not fit space - other cars overlapping space - owner refused to help

Couldn’t park as there was a car already there. Seeing previous reviews now, wish I’d read prior.
