ibis Styles Southwark Car Park

On arrival at the car park there were no spaces - we asked the hotel to help us sort this asap as we had an urgent appointment. However the hotel directed us to JustPark and we were on hold for too long - and then were directed to the hotel. We went around in circles and in the end had to find alternative parking. We would like a refund.

Easy process for booking in middle of London

Good service. The parking spaces at Ibis Styles are very narrow indeed, so my parking took a great deal of manoeuvring and a near-miss scratching of the car body on a pillar. The car park was nearly full.

Not many spaces available, some space hard to park into as tight. However, good location, clean and hotel staff are brilliant.

Easy process to pay in advance and then leave once entry ticket validated by reception.

Great parking, easy enough to get to, directions to car park pretty good. clean, safe and EV charging. The only thing I would say is that instructions should be clearer. That you get a ticket at the barrier on entry and then get it validated at reception at the end of your visit. This was not clear on the instructions which left me a little stumped. However, staff there are lovely and super helpful so not the end of the world by any means and would definitely recommend this parking.

I was a bit skeptical about booking at around location. due to car breaking in reviews. That said, I was pleasantly surprised and happy with the booking. Straight forward process. One observation - not criticism, would be simplifying the check out process as the hotel staff need to validate your parking. It would greatly improve the service. Other than this, happy with overall booking

Easy to organise. Price is right.

Easy to find using satnav Height restriction would be helpful.

Easy to find with decent sized spaces. Great location for Borough Market. Will be parking here again when next visiting the Market
