I have put a sign up saying "Polite notice, no parking, please leave clear" so that an unauthorized car does not park there and it is available for whomever books space from here. It is Communial area. Ideal for any one who needs to park near Tooting broadway tube or Tooting Train Station during the week to go to work. If you want you can pay me on arrival. Space available anytime you require. Thank you.
