Brilliant experience to park in central London. Prices are what they are unfortunately. Pre-booked, no issues with parking and ability to go and stay during the booking period if needed. Location was great for us and fairly easy to get to. Much better than parking on the day. Will choose booking system and car park again

The parking space is spacious enough for a large SUV.
There are enough spaces to park and it looked secure.
The little downside is that the entrance is easy to miss as there is no signpost.
You have to drive slowly if you are using the map in order not to miss it.
The picture provided is a fair guide but I would suggest better pictures of the entrance from different angles showing it from the main street.

Easy to book, easy to find and very reasonably priced! I paid in advance but didn't realise you can pay on exit which I will do next time so I’m not stressed about getting there ahead of time or being late back. I would highly recommend it.

The car park was easy to find, but it was totally full (lots of maintenance contractors taking up spaces). In the end I had to park in a space very close to two parked cars; I just about had enough room to get the door open and squeeze out, which took some time as I have difficulty walking. I would have tried to address the issue with someone, but I was running late for a hospital appointment. Very disappointed.

The booking was fine and the description of location was fine. I arrived 6 minutes early and there was nobody in attendance to ask what I should do so I called the number. The advice I got was… Wait to see if you receive a PCN and appeal it, they’re sometimes forgiving.
I ended up paying for an extra hours parking for my 6 minutes early arrival. My fault for arriving early I suppose …. nearly a 5 hour drive so I was tired and hoping for an attendant to be there….But it turned out expensive
