Holiday Inn Express Nine Elms Car Park

Very central location

I left like 2 hours before 12 and wish I could get a little refund because if I had stayed more I would have paid

Easy online process, space available, no barrier

As this was a Holiday Inn hotel space, I expected security barriers (especially as they were mentioned in the parking instructions), however there were none and the space was open to anyone. There were individuals smoking drugs sat next to the spaces. I did not feel safe at all, but it was too late for me to find an alternative.

Absolutely awful parking space at the back of an old filthy hotel. This was sold to me a a secure car park - yet there was no barrier to protect the cars. The hotel the car park was attached to was being used to process emergency asylum applications and temporary accommodation, leaving the car park full of belongings and very busy with people. I was charged over £100 for a few days parking and it was non refundable - there was no chance i was going to be leaving my car there. I was forced to find alternative arrangements.

Very handy place meant for booking especially considering it's proximity to prime locations. A word of caution to be mindful of the very limited slots available for parking at this location but if managed to get it, then it's very useful.

Wouldn't use this again. Footage from the car's security system showed people sitting around the car, looking inside, trying to open it (more that nothing was left inside) and even leaning on it with their feet on the car. Paid a premium thinking I'd left the car in a safer location but could have parked on the road for free and be safer.

Parking spaces are tucked away from the main road. This parking space is very close to the US Embassy and was about a 10 min walk away. There is only one row of parking and the gap is narrow so if the hotel is busy it may prove to be challenging. I had no issues when using it
