Unreliable......!!! Well traveled all the way from Hampshire for 2 nights until 1 jan for new year celebration. Booking was confirmed and Went to park on the designated car park just to find out someone else's car was parked already. We weren't given our parking space instead told that we would be refunded at that last moment. Had to book for another car park then & there. Have requested for refund which is on process.
