I had done a pre booking for the parking and paid an amount of 11£. But later while exiting the parking, they made me pay 10£ again for less hours than I have booked.

Just park have not done their job and forwarded the booking on to the parking company. I paid over the standard rate (an extra £16) only to be fined for the privilege. Absolute crooks. Avoid using this app.
