times the parking is in force should be displayed(7am-6pm, 24 hrs etc) aswell as the prices per hour, 2 hours etc.

I was not able to use the parking space as another car was parked in the allocated JustPark space and customer services were not able to help, telling me to park in any bay when the signage clearly said I could not do that - I was not willing to risk a parking ticket! Can I have a refund please?

The parking space is horrible, you can't fit your car properly it's really tight. You can't extend your parking time, they'll still give you a ticket even though you paid for parking
