I picked this location to park, for a festival in Leyton perfect! Couldn't get any closer to the event if I tried. Helpful host answered phone call straight away to help me with directions as I'm not from the area. Safe secure place off the road in a private car park. Easy to access the permit. Would highly recommend.

Owner failed to provide the permit after multiple messages and calls. Don't waste your time with this and find somewhere else to park.

Everything was easy enough and the owner is really nice. Only 4 star because you need the permit from them and had to drop back again after, but apart from that was straightforward.

Space owner communicated well and delivered permit promptly despite us being two hours later than expected.
The place felt very safe and was 11 mins walk away from my daughters house where no possibility of parking.
The space made it very easy for us to deliver a lot of stuff directly to her house then leave the car safely here for originally 5 full days and it was easy to extend a further day. The weekly price of£42 odd was a bargain ... later on leaving we had to pay £3.20 per hour in a public car park!!!
This host has done himself proud ... we will certainly be back!!
