Safe, private, and hassle-free off-road parking space available. It's a 3-minute walk to Walthamstow Central Station and a 3-minute walk from Walthamstow village, filled with coffee shops and restaurants. The parking spot is for two cars- we own the left side when facing the wall. Please note the 5 metres (length) parking space is off-road, at the back of the flat, nestled between two back gardens on First Avenue.
There is a chain and faux CCTV signs to deter anyone else from accessing the space. ( Pic attached)

Registering with the app wasn't the easiest experience. However, once that was done, the directions given by the owner of the space were very helpful to get us to the correct location. It was very convenient for the venue we were going to on Orford Road. I would just say though that the photo on the site is imo rather deceptive. Only after booking did I become aware the booking was for only half of the space pictured and the security chain in the photo didn't exist. The space is quite tight. Luckily nobody was in the other space or it would have been very tight. Also the pavement has a rather steep ridge at the front which imo currently possibly makes it unsuitable for low slung cars e.g Sports car drivers should be aware of this. All this being said, overall it was a very positive experience for my first booking. Thank you.

The direction coordinates do not map to the parking, instead they map to the house on the opposite side, on a one way road.
There is barely enough space for a standard 4-seater to open it's doors, because a massive Jeep is parked adjacent.
Think the only positive was that the chain was removed beforehand
Suggestions:
1. Update the directions coordinates to be exactly where the cark park space is, not the address of the house.
2. Remove the Jeep that's parked next to the space or make it clear how small the space is with the Jeep
