Perfect for the tobacco dock. Literally a 5 min walk. Gated and easy to find. Brilliant spot.
However two reasons it didn't get a 5. Firstly the neighbour's are very fussy. We travelled a long way and was spending the day at the Docks. On our return (with plenty of time left before expiry) we spent 5-10 mins finishing our drinks, having a smoke and stretching our legs etc before getting in the car for several hours. We made minimal noise and had a friendly catch up with our friends. The owner text us to move on as we had two complaints. Owner was very polite and didn't have a problem at all but just an FYI if anyone is travelling from far and want a little break by the car or have kids making noise.
Secondly if going to the docks you do have to go through an estate/park. Now we were 6 blokes so didn't have any issues but not sure at a certain time of night it is safe for some.
I think the two points are worth highlighting but still give this a 4/5.

perfect space. quiet area. plenty of room for my VW T5 and easy to walk to our destination. will certainly use again as super safe.
