The person cancelled the parking 6 mins after I had booked I came from Birmingham so struggled to find parking short notice and they haven't refunded me.

There was a white van parked in the space next door. When I returned to my car there was a large dent and white mark on the side of my car where they had opened their door onto my car. Annoyingly I didnt take the cover offered for scratches etc

Good well located parking spot. Instructions to get to place were detailed. Only thing I'd say it's about having some sort of sign as the back of the properties at the address are all similar. I had to review pics of the spot to identify details (the only shed red jn good condition.) and find it. But it was good size in a quiet road and just behind Leonardo hotel where I had to go.

good spot, could do with the number somewhere to make it easier to identify but close to Tower Hill, nice quiet spot, always good to park here.
