Wasn't Great! Due to the exhibition the directions were incorrect and it took us over 20 mins to find a different route to the hotel, and when we got there, there wasn't enough spaces, so we had to park on the edge of the road.

So I booked parking online on a very busy day, when I arrived and couldn’t get a space, contacted Just Park and my issue was resolved right away. Got a full refund plus £5 bonus. Their customer service is excellent. 5 star.

The car park we paid to park in was full in arrival even though we have pre booked. The car park we ended up parking in that was meant to be sold out was cheaper and tried to make us pay for parking again.
