Access to this parking space is limited to stairs only, No lifts or slop. You can't go there with accessibility needs or kid's prams etc.

The Pin-codes did both not work. I waited 24 minutes (!!) in a wait loop at my phone until finally a person answered and gave me a new code. Afterwards everything worked fine. However this waiting time is not acceptable! I tried 2 times! First call I gave up after 16 minutes
