As you exit the car park walk in the direction of the horses head london bridge is about 10 mins away will definitely use again.

The codes were not working and the bottom on the app says "open the barrier" didn't work either.
I had to go in the reception of the building and ask the receptionist to open the gate on my arrival and pickup as well. On my arrival the woman who works there was kind and opened the gate but on my pickup at 20.30pm the receptionist was a man and asked to many questions was irrelevant plus I had the booking and showed it to him but he was rude and didn't really wanted to help us. After 20 mins of explaining my car is down in the parking house and I want pick up my car I am tired and want to go home finally he let me go .
