The space was easy enough to find couple problems first the space is okay if you have a medium sized vehicle I have a Q5 and just managed to fit in the space was quite difficult to park because there was a small motorcycle parked directly behind the space so reversing it was a bit tricky otherwise okay also had trouble getting out of the parking area code wouldn't work eventually managed to get out otherwise I do recommend due to it's location especially if going into Tower Bridge and the surrounding areas, prices were pretty good and it's also outside the congestion charge zone.

Safe place 2 park ,not hard to find , all the codes work , the parking space is on the second floor if u get a little lost , i parked my estate it there no problem, would highly recommend to anyone will definitely be useing again

It was easy to book and very reasonably priced for central London and a great location. Getting in was easy but the code didn't work on the way out which was an issue. Saying that I would definitely use again!

Great space close to Tower Bridge, my small van fitted fine! Height barrier is at 1.9m

Instructions for finding the parking space were a bit unclear. After trying to follow the directions to the letter, I ended up getting locked in an underground car park opposite what I think was the correct one, which looked identical and was in the same building without any clear signage. Upon getting out (after a staff member noticed me driving round and round underground), I tried to enter what I think was the correct entrance opposite, but the codes provided didn’t seem to work. In the end I was late for my business meeting and had to just park on the road and get a ticket.

I arrived but couldn’t find the location. Finding the bay number where I was supposed to park was also a problem. Now, I've been told I'm going to get a ticket because I couldn't locate the place earlier, causing me to be late parking and late leaving the parking lot. So I’m told I will be getting a ticket for leaving the parking bay late as a result of location issues and my code not working at the gate but not a refund for the earlier time I paid but couldn’t use.

Some reviews I read said it was hard to find the space but I found the instructions really clear. The space was large and away from other cars so it felt safe leaving it there. For me the code was exactly the same on exit as it was to enter (using # at the end) so worth trying that too if * doesn't work. I would definitely book this space again if I am in that area.

A good space, our Merc E Class Estate is a long car and fitted easily. I would give 5 stars but we had trouble leaving the park. Full arrival instructions were given, no exit instructions, so we guessed we hade to re-enter the arrival PIN in the keypad. Didnt work. Tried to call owner, no signal underground!. Fortunately another car was leaving so we tailgated it and went out on their door opening. I have since sent a message to the owner, a week later no reply which is a shame because the space is good and asks for positive reviews.
