The lock box for the fob was nowhere to be found so we couldn't access the car park. Please refund the total.

Everything was great easy to find and park instructions were clear, but when we got back to the car we had a ticket this was due to the permit we were given was photocopied

I booked & paid £25 for a parking space, when I arrived, the key fob to access the car park was not in the lockbox as per the instructions. I had to wait close to 40 minutes for somebody to turn up. This interrupted my plans & I missed an appointment due to the delay. Owner of the space did apologise & said it was because the prev user had not returned the fob, & he was not at home to sort it immediately. There should be a contingency plan for these types of things.

Great location, easy to find, easy to access and very secure. This was my first time using Justpark and the experience was great. The company and the host made parking in London a smooth experience.

Easy flawless experience

Key safe was extremely difficult to open and on leaving difficult to access due to the dirty mattrass placed under the locks on the fence, and against the wall. Expensive.

If you're using it to park for somewhere like the o2 then be warned that it is not a 35 minute walk like just park says. It's 90 minutes. There are buses that go there and Ubers are easy enough to find. The space itself was great. And felt safe.
