The parking space is in a underground car park which you need to pick up a key fob to enter. This would be fine but there is nowhere near that you're allowed to park in order to pick up the key fob. This would probably be fine if you have a passenger but if you're driving solo it's not great. When I went to drop in the fob the receptionist wasn't there and had to wait 10mins for her to come back so not great either when you have to park on double yellows.

Parking space was terrible, could not fit my car in so i didn't bother using the parking space.

Very convenient, safe, well lit, easy to park, on foot access to the street via coded gate. Regarding car size, we parked a Ford Kuga easily. Very close to Moorfields Hospital, Hoxton diagnostic centre.

Very easy to collect fob, vehicle was very safe. Only annoying thing was when I went to collect my car I found sick all down the side of it as the space is below a metal grate which is for a courtyard above so someone obviously threw up down the grate, down the side of my car. Having said this I would recommend this space. Just unlucky on this occasion.

The space was easy to find and getting the access key was also simple. However, the space is very small. We had a relatively small car but anything bigger would struggle to get in as the space is between 2 concrete posts and it's narrow.

Underground car park so very handy. Getting in is a bit of a faff though. You have to leave your car on the street, get access to the building's lobby (concierge wasn't there initially so stuck out in the rain until a resident let me in) and then they'll give you the remote to open the gates. The guy said there was no record of the booking but I showed him the confirmation and he was fine. The space is very small and on the end on the right hand side as you go in - If you've got an SUV or bigger car the chances of fitting in are slim and it's between two concrete roof supports so you're going to damage the car if it's too big. Mine is wide and thankfully a builder doing work in there helped guide me in but I had about 2 inches each side to spare - It's tight and you'll need to put your mirrors in. Key fob has a button to open the gate so you can leave and then you've got to leave your car on the street again (with parking wardens about) and give it back; you'll get a £100 fine for losing the fob so look after it... Access is closed to the street on one end too so had to bumble about trying to find how to get into the other end. It's a very handy and secure space though, in an area with little parking for anyone but residents. Being gated and underground it's nice and secure too. I'd use it again if I had to go to the same place but getting the car in is a heart in mouth expertise.

Space is very tight. Concierge was not present when I arrived, which meant I was blocking the entrance whilst I was waiting around.

The basement garage where the parking space is situated is quite difficult to access as many of the surrounding streets. including the turning from the New North Road into Poole Street are now restricted and neither Google nor Apple maps is of much use. You then need to obtain a fob from the concierge to access the garage but unfortunately he wasn't around when I arrived. As I peered through the window I saw there was a contact number for him on the reception desk. Unfortunately my call went to voicemail! When the concierge returned he was initially reluctant to give me the car park fob as my details had apparently not been passed to him. This all took 10/15 minutes, during which time my car was stuck on yellow lines waiting for a traffic warden to arrive! The space itself is small with concrete pillars either side. Whilst in fairness the listing does mention it is only suitable for cars of the size of an Audi A3, frankly even this would be a very tight fit. On the plus side, if you can fit in the space, the location seemed very secure. All in all not a great experience and I would not rebook here.
