The whole process was relatively easy. I parked at London Marriot, Mada Vale, but didn't know until I got there that you only get allocated certain parking spaces at a location. The car park was underground and secure.

When we got to the parking space which was really hard to find, there were no spaces. We had to call to the reception and they told us to park in another spot. Then when we went to leave they told us to move again. There was trouble with the elevators and overall it was a very bad experience. We wasted about 45 minutes and we only had a short time to do what we had planned to do. Would never use this again.
