Parking on Pitfield Street, N1

The booking was easy however space we were allocated was too small for our car. We called the customer service and they found us another space which also was very narrow but at least I could get in and out the car. Before they offer the car park spaces they should check the size of the vehicle or maybe add the option in booking form what kind of size of the space is required.

The car park space was way to small and it was not made clear until after paid for and then was not able to cancel

The parking itself was all good, thanks but would you make it much clearer, higher in the description that access is not actually on the road stated in the address. The JustPark app directed me to the address rather than the access point and those directions sent me to a road where we're not allowed to drive. I'm pretty sure that's led to me getting a fine.
