How our drivers felt about this space
This parking space is highly recommended for its convenience, safety, and ease of access. It's perfect for events at the nearby university and accommodates smaller vehicles well. A pleasant owner adds to the positive experience.

The parking spot is in a pedestrian only road, which is not at all mentioned. I received an £80 fine for driving into the road the parking spot was on. Don’t book, you’ll lose more money than you’ll save.

We booked this parking recently for my graduation at UEL. Everything was fine, we arrived and parked normally which was perfect then went home after the ceremony. It was quite frustrating and upsetting to then receive a PCN notice in the mail 1 week later due to passing through a pedestrian zone with the timings of 8-9 no entry. I booked my parking for 8am and hence arrived there at that time. The booking was accepted and we weren't told by the space owner or even notified of this, there wasn't even another road to enter this parking spot as it was located within a close. The lack of knowledge or notification from the spot owner surrounding this is frustrating and costed us £80. I suggest checking the time you book this space for and being aware of this in future.

I could not park here due to street restrictions. Mentioned permit holders only at specific times. Wish this was specified prior to be purchasing as I wouldn't have proceeded. Waste of money and greatly inconvenient.

Highly Recommend this space. My daughter's graduation this was a few minutes walk from Cyprus Dlr. Registration and gown fitting was nearby. Gentleman who owns space greeted me. Very pleasant gentleman. Took away all the stress and anxiety of trying to find a space nearby particularly as the weather was cold and wet. Would Definitely Recommend to anyone who is graduating and visiting their son or daughter. Five Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
