Parking Space on Pembroke Road, W8

There was a car parked in the space and I had to park elsewhere. Not impressed.

There are bollards on the road to get the parking space. I managed to squeeze through but the parking sensors were going ballistic. If the car is wider than 2000cm then I doubt anyone could get through. Helpful for people to know when booking.

I didn't end up using the space as someone was parked in it. The owner was very apologetic and refunded me with no problems

Fab parking space and the website was easy to use. Would recommend and will be using again.

I arrived to find that a bollard had been installed and locked in the up position so I was unable to access the parking space. Its not shown or described in the listing. The contact number given wasn't in operation when I called to ask for a solution - when the contact called back they were helpful but didn't know that there was a bollard installed? I then had to run around to find another parking location which made me late for an important meeting. Also please note its a really tight space, not suitable for anything more than a small hatch or saloon.

Great space, easy to access from out of London as just off m4, easy access to Kensington. Will use again

Easy reach for Kensington high street. Great instructions. I have a landrover discovery which fitted in the space but only a small amount to open my door so if you have a big car you'll have to squeeze out. Will use again :)
