When I arrived at just after 5.30 am the parking space had a bolted metal pole fitted to stop parking in the space. I managed to get my vehicle almost into the space around the pole and almost missed a full days work as a result if this issue. When I returned to get my car there was a note on the windscreen saying I had no right to park here. I tried ringing the flat doorbell but no reply. Very unhappy about this situation and feel I should be refunded for this booking. How do I action this?

Only had number for flat, not house number so had to identify the house from photo. After that easy parking

Don’t bother booking this space, I was unable to use it as the owner had their car parked in the space and were uncontactable either by phone or the intercom of the building. Wasted 45min trying to find other parking. DO NOT USE THIS SPACE!!

Perfect spot for us to use for a day trip to London. Situated just off the M1. Short walk from the location to Hampstead Station to pick up the tube, lovely neighbourhood made us feel comfortable leaving the car there. Easy to find with the street view image to hand. We will be using again.
