This driveway is in a very quiet street with dropped kerb so no complications when parking. The street is off Bounds Green Road. Bounds Green tube station (Piccadilly line) is a mere 3/4 minute walk away. The North Circular (A406) is a 5-minute drive away. Please park on the driveway directly in front of 22 Passmore Gardens and DO NOT park in the space between the two houses - thanks.
Please note Passmore Gardens is now in a Resident Permit Only access area; the best way to get to the street is via Woodfield Way off Durnsford Road.

It was a tight squeeze as the space wasn't very long, so had to overhang on to the pavement, which I don't like doing as it blocks the pavement for wheelchairs and pedestrians.
Small cars like Fiesta/ Corsa would be fine, my Ioniq was just too long.
Good place to park, and I'd still use the place again.

The area was very nice, I felt comfortable leaving my car there.
My car is fairly long (4.6m) and was probably the longest that would fit in the space.
The space is at an angle, so you need to have a good handbrake.

Be very aware if you use this space as I e received a £130 fine for driving into the road where it's based!!

The space was fine - but just been stung for 2 £65 fines for turning into Gordon Road from Bounds Green Road and turning out of Gordon Road. Do not follow your Sat Nav or Google Maps.
the signage for restrictions is atrocious.

Good location just make sure your handbrake is in good working order as the space has quite a big slope , my Ford mondeo just fitted on the drive but anything bigger would infringe the pathway
