Great website and potentially great parking space but resident had parked such that the space rented was so tight neither parties could access the passenger doors. Resident needs to park a little further over.

Convenient for Chelsea or getting into Central London. Felt safe.
Only downside was no dropped curb, thus needed to get up curb and into the tight space (for a Skoda Karoq).

I had a hospital appointment and couldn't predict how long the journey would be to London. I allowed 3 hours and arrived earlier. I asked if I could park half an hour earlier (the space was free). I was allowed but had to pay £5 for the privilege. Steep for just 30 min considering I vacated the space 1 h early.
