Open and staffed 24/7, with no height restrictions in the outdoor parking area. Will not be suitable for large vehicles like vans, tour buses and caravans, but estate cars and people carriers are fine. More than one entry and exit per booking is fine.
Blue badge spaces are available, but are only available first-come-first-served and cannot be pre-booked. They are located in our outdoor parking area.
The space is yours for the duration you've booked it for, so no need to rush if you're arriving after your booked start time.

The car park is well located and safe to use. We found it a bit difficult to find the hotel and the parking spaces were quite small, but we would use this car park in future.
