Easy to find no issues. Checked in with the hotel reception to make sure I was in the right place. All good.

We booked a space at the Tara Copthorne Hotel, Kensington. We arrived to find there were no spaces. After half an hour back and forth with the staff, we were eventually given a solution to park up on a kerb which was too high for our low vehicle. The final solution was to park up on a path outside all the loading bays. Clearly not ideal as the car could have been damaged with loading. Luckily it wasn't. That said, having seen the spaces in the actual car park they were incredibly tight and I would have been uneasy trying to get in one anyway!! All in all pretty stressful when you've paid and booked a space, to turn up and to find there aren't any!!

Price is a bit expensive than other providers but the reserved bay is guaranteed

Easiest parking experience. Very simple booking process and hassle free at the other end when patking. Would highly recommend. I parked at Coptjorne Hotel car park in Kensington.

Really easy to use app.and selected parking spaces. Copthorne Tara has covered parking but the bays are tight fir larger cars/SUVs.

The spaces are very narrow and inconsiderate parking by others made some spaces unavailable

Car park was tidy and safe
