I went to the address as directed couldn't see a drive way with off road parking but found a parking space outside number 5 Oswin street I parked up rang the doorbell at no 5 some lady answered and stated that she knew nothing of just park and a lot of people have been ringing her doorbell about the same thing. There was no signs designating where this parking space should be and there was no one to ring up to get help either. I went into south bank university and came back and got a ticket which was not what I expected. I paid £12.50 for the privilege to park and not get a ticket I will be chasing this up as it's absolutely ridiculous

Not too many spaces were available when we arrived but taken into account that you can park on several streets it was easy to find a space. Location easy to find.
