Westferry Circus, Ontario Way Car Park (bay 103 - 118 only on Parking Level 3)

I did not find the parking location and had to park somewhere else.

No problem parking but trying to get access at 6 am. Could not find anything on the email about gaining entry and tried to call but no one answered phones. The security at the garage was totally useless and would not let us in just untold us to call but no answer again. Eventually a guy came to park and we got in when he opened the shutter Held us up for an hour totally ragging

A little tricky to find, but safe and secure. you can only get in and out by using the app, and there is cctv within the carpark. A good location on Canary Wharf. I would happily recommend and use again.

Problem free parking. Hassle free, rock up, open the shutter using the app, drive in and hey presto all done.

Fantastic space, central location for Canary Wharf, very secure, easy to find and plenty of spaces to choose from. Very happy and satisfied with this space, will use again.

We found it difficult to get out of the car park because my booking wouldn’t link to the app. I had rung to gain entry but had no signal to call for pedestrian exit. The person on the intercom was so rude and actually swore at me when I asked for help (I understand they are not linked to JustPark at all). I was on the verge of a panic attack as we were totally trapped in the car park with no way out but luckily managed to get enough signal in one spot to call for assistance. This has put me off using the space again as I worry what would happen in an actual emergency situation if they can’t even let you out of the door and the staff shout and swear at you for things that are not your fault.

Security were vile, I had no button to open the barrier so used the intercom to ask to be let out. He told me to find my own f***ing way out. We were trapped with no phone signal walking in circles looking for an exit for ten minutes, he refused to answer the intercom again. I was on the verge of an asthma attack due to panic when we got enough signal to call for help and the advisor opened the door. I would not use this car park again even though Parkbee were wonderful. I was worried about security damaging my car while I was gone. Other people told me he had been rude to them too. Just dreadful.

No help, no guidance mo way to inform or contact anyone about my issue. I was a few minutes late and had to pay another entire day of parking. Never again
