The car park is completely secure, you need the app to open the doors to it. There were only a few cars parked there so plenty of space and the location is only 10 minutes away from Canary Wharf which is amazing! I'm so pleased I found somewhere so secure and in such a great location for such an amazing price. Will definitely park here again.

I wasn't able to park because the barrier wouldn't open. Even when I was right next to it, the app just kept telling me I was too far away. The guy on the intercom was sympathetic, but said he couldn't help me.
Total waste of money. I would greatly appreciate a refund.
