Westferry Circus, Ontario Way Car Park (bay 103 - 118 only on Parking Level 3)

Would never use this space park space again! It took us 30 minutes to get out, as the shutter/barrier would not raise and we were locked in. There was also another customer locked in with us, who was having the same problem. I was 5 minutes away from breaking the 'Fire Alarm' in order to get out. We rang customer service but was just put constant hold.

It is not straight forward to access in the premises due to the first time access. Once you know the app system. It is much easier

I had a really bad experience yesterday. I got locked the barriers didn't open I tried failing to the help line but it says 9-5 only. I tried calling to the parkbee number written near the bay and no one answered I tried like 10 times. I also dialled to the security but they refused to open asking me to do it via app. I had to stay in that closed car park for over 40mins and finally I literally had to bed the security to open it for me as they were refusing it to do. This is very horrifying experience.

The barriers would not open when I tried to leave then my booking expired and then security and call centre staff were rude and just told us they can't do anything. If the technology doesn't work and you can't resolve it, don't sell it

Absolute nightmare - the app that operates the shutters and door do not work when you book through JustPark as Parking Bee have no record of the booking. I had to phone up to get the shutter opened, then couldn't find where to park as the levels and parking lot numbers given do not exist! To get out, the non-working app opens the door to walk out, so naturally, I was trapped in there (in the heat). There was no signal, so I couldn't call anyone, so I had to leave by the emergency (alarmed) exit - I had no choice. Then, at the end of the session, I needed to phone up again to get in to get to my car, and then phone again (as lost signal) to get them to open the shut so I could finally leave. So stressful, and I never want to park there again. Do not recommend!

Very straight forward via the app for entry/exit

Dreadful frustrating experience was locked in a closed car park while the app wouldn't respond and lift the barrier up.
